1. NASCAR Xfinity Series ‘Production Alliance Group 300' at Auto Club Speedway, Fontana, CA
• TV: TSN3 at 4:00P
• 2 mi (3.22 km) banked oval; 150 laps = 300 mi; Stages: 35/35/80 laps
• Last year, the Xfinity race was run a bit later in the calendar, on March 16. The race winner was Cole Custer, Kyle Busch finished second and Christopher Bell was third. All of these three drivers are competing in the NASCAR Cup series full-time this year.
• The most recent Xfinity race this year was held last week at Las Vegas. Chase Briscoe in the Stewart-Haas Ford (replacing Cole Custer) won the race. Austin Cindric in the Penske Ford was second while Ryan Sieg in the family-owned RSS team Chevrolet was third.

2. NASCAR Cup Series Auto Club 400, Auto Club Speedway, Fontana, CA
•TV: FOX/TSN3/4 at 3:30P
• 2 mi (3.22 km) banked oval; 200 laps = 400 mi; Stages: 60/60/80 laps
• Last year the NCS race was the fifth of the season and it ran on March 17. Kyle Busch won the race in his Joe Gibbs Toyota while teammates Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski were second and third respectively in their Penske Fords.
• The previous race this year was contested last week at Las Vegas. Joey Logano was the race winner. Matt DiBenedetto in the Moore Brothers Ford was second and Ricky Stenhouse Jr, in the No. 47 JTG Daugherty Chevrolet this year, was third.
