FACT FILE: IMSA Sebring 12-hour + NASCAR (all three) at Atlanta

1. IMSA WeatherTech 'Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring'

• Race Date: Saturday, Mar 20, 2021
• TV: Discovery Velocity at 10:00A to 10:30P

VENUE: Sebring International Raceway, Sebring, FL
• 3.74 mi (6.02 km) road course with 17 turns officially (see the map). As I count it, the circuit has fewer than 17 turns; perhaps they are counting marshal’s posts. This circuit was built on the base of a WW2 airfield and hence the surface is a mix of concrete and asphalt sections. Given its ancient concrete base, this circuit has a reputation as a car-killer due to its very rough surface. It is often said that 12 hours here is harder on a car than 24 hours at Le Mans.
