1. Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix
• The formal race name is “Aramco Gran Premio De España”
• Race Date is May 9, 2021
• TV: TSN4/5 at 8:55A to 11:00

VENUE:
• Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain
• 4.675 km (2.905 mi), 16 turn artificial road circuit. There are two DRS zones (see track map)

THE EVENT:
• Race Distance is 66 laps = 308.424 km (191.6 mi)
• There will be two practice sessions on Friday; the second one being televised in Canada (TSN2 at 8:45A). On Saturday there will be one practice session followed by the three-part qualifying session. Qualifying will be televised in Canada (TSN4/5 at 8:55A).

PREVIOUS RESULTS:
• Last year the Spanish GP was held here on August 16, 2020 (It had originally been scheduled for May 10th). Podium Results: 1. Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), 2. Max Verstappen (Red Bull), 3. Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes).
